When you place your order, we begin making your items as quickly as possible. Each piece of package requires some time for construction and curing before we can ship. Most orders ship within 1 or 3 Business Days.
When you order multiple products, the orders can come from different designers. In this case, it could happen that you will receive your products in different packages and at different times.

We ship daily from Monday through Saturday, 52 weeks a year except for Sundays and holidays. Orders placed by 10.00 PM CST or 04.00 AM CET Sunday-Friday will start to be made the next day. Occasionally orders may not ship the ‘next-day’ due to stock issues, lacking order information, or billing delays. Orders placed on Saturdays will ship the following Monday or the next open business day.
We have received and fulfilled orders from over countries across all the different continents. Outside the United States, customs can hold up a package for a number of days, because we work with reliable couriers, this rarely happens and if it does it will be handled efficiently
